Return and Exchange Policy
The Blue App Company 'Blue Store'
Applicability of the Return Policy
Our return and exchange policy applies equally to all customers, regardless of whether they purchase through the Blue Smart Device app or the official website.
Returnable Products:
It has been noted that some products are not eligible for exchange or return, as explained below. The Blue App Company retains the full right to accept or reject any return or exchange request.
Procedure for Acceptance and Rejection of Return or Exchange Requests:
When a customer returns or exchanges a product after submitting a return or exchange request, that product will subject to verification by the Blue Store application to determine whether it meets the return or exchange conditions or not. The Blue Store application reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request for any product returned or exchanged by the customer if the returned product does not meet the return or exchange conditions or guidelines (rejected product). The customer is not entitled to a refund in the event that a return or exchange request for the product is denied. When a product is considered rejected at any stage after return or exchange, one attempt will be made to return the rejected product to the customer. If the returned product is not received during that attempt, the product will be kept in the delivery warehouses for only 3 working days. The customer has the right to present a request to return the rejected product through the customer service or by contacting us through digital channels within 7 working days from the last date of delivery attempt.
If the returned or exchanged product is not delivered to the customer after the delivery attempt, we will attempt to contact the customer to inform him/her about the return or exchange request. If the customer responds to the call and requests the return or exchange of the product within 7 days from the date of the first conversation, then we will attempt to deliver the product. In case the customer does not respond to this attempt or does not wish to receive the product, then these products will be disposed of and Blue Store application will not be responsible for refunding the product amount.
Returnable and exchangeable products are only accepted according to the following conditions:
Electronic devices and mobile phones:
• The product must be returned with the original packaging and the original label and must be unopened.
• If the product is used, the original packaging is opened, or the original label is removed, then we will reject the refund request and return and replace the product to you, except in the case of a manufacturer's defect in the product.
• If the product is not functioning due to a manufacturing defect, the product must be returned with the original packaging, instruction manual, and all accessories. The return or exchange of the product will not be accepted without them.
• The Blue Store application has the right to determine whether the product should be repaired, the amount refunded to the customer, or the product returned.
Beauty and Health:
• Hair and personal care products, vitamins, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition products are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
• Beauty products (cosmetics, skincare, etc.), perfumes, and health products that have been opened or used are not accepted to be returned or exchanged.
Clothing:
• Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Returns and exchanges are allowed for clothing products, except those mentioned above, on the condition that they have not been used, worn, washed, or damaged, and all labels and tags are in perfect condition with their original packaging.
• Shoes, glasses, watches, bags, and luggage must be returned or exchanged with their original packaging and must contain all cards in perfect condition.
Home and Kitchen:
• Returns or exchanges home decor products will only be accepted if they remain unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Returns and exchanges of opened bed covers are not accepted.
• Products that have been used, modified, assembled, or installed are not accepted for return or exchange, except for defective items.
Sports and Outdoor Products:
• Return and exchange of returnable products are only allowed if the product has not been opened or used and is returned in its original packaging.
Toys:
• Costumes are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns or exchanges of used, activated, or incomplete toys and games will not be accepted.
Infant and Baby Products:
• Products related to general hygiene, feeding accessories, training, diapers, accessories, bath products, and medical treatment products are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
• Returnable infant and baby products must be returned in their original and unopened packaging.
Groceries, food and beverage items:
• All grocery products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Flowers:
• All flower products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cars and Vehicles Products:
• The product must be returned or exchanged in its original sealed packaging.
• If the product has already been used, or the original product packaging has been opened, or the original protective cover has been removed, then we will reject the refund request and return the product to you, except for manufacturing defect.
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, instruction manual, and all other accessories must be returned.
Home Maintenance Products and Tools:
• The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).
• Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange .
Books:
• Returnable and exchangeable books are only accepted if they are unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Pet Supplies:
• Returnable and exchangeable products may be returned and exchanged only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. They must be in the same condition as when delivered to the customer.
• Perishable items such as candy and dietary supplements may be returned or exchanged.
Office Supplies and Stationery:
• The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).
• Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• General Terms that Applied to all Return and Exchange Processes
• The Blue Store application reserves the right to return the product to the customer if the returned product does not comply with the guidance or terms applicable in the company. The customer is not entitled to a refund if the product is not eligible for return. If a return request for a product is denied at any stage, we will attempt to return the product to the customer. If this attempt fails, the product will be kept in our delivery center for three (3) business days. The customer can request another attempt within three (3) business days after the last attempt. If we receive a request from the customer for another attempt within three (3) business days after the last attempt, we can arrange another attempt to return the product to the customer. Otherwise, the product will be sent to the clearance department, and the customer will not be able to request the return of the product again.
• Customers have the right to exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it.
• Customers have the right to return a product within 77 days of receiving it.
• The Blue Store application reserves the right to reject any return or exchange for discounted or promotional products.
• The customer has no right to return or exchange any product ordered with special specifications, for example “a specific player’s T-shirt, a product with a name or number printed on it.”
Terms and Conditions for Breakage Warranty
*Ownership*: This service is owned by the original owner of the device and cannot be transferred or assigned to another device.
To benefit from this service, the warranty must be purchased at the same date and time as the mobile phone purchase for which the replacement service is requested.
*Duration*: The breakage warranty service lasts for one year from the date of purchase.
This service is linked to the order number at Blue Store.
*Replacement Decision*: Replacement is allowed only based on technical diagnosis and the technician’s decision.
*Customer Rights*: Customers are entitled to service benefits only upon payment of the service fees, and only for one replacement during the year.
*Replacement Fee*: 299
Customers must contact customer service and provide their order number to benefit from the service.
*Customer Obligations*:
- Take all precautions to avoid any damage to the device.
- Contact "Blue Store" immediately to report any damage.
- Provide "Blue Store" with all necessary and relevant information when requested.
*General Exclusions*: The following cases are excluded from this service:
- If the device has been repaired or replaced outside of "Blue Store".
- In cases of force majeure.
- Accidental damages or losses occurring outside the Kingdom.
- Intentional damages.
- Loss or theft.
- Any type of civil liability incurred by the customer.
